Made AI-powered patient care feel trustworthy and clear.

Outcomes AI is a healthcare platform that combines AI voice agents with licensed nurses to manage patient communication at scale — handling tasks like triage, follow-ups, and care coordination while escalating critical cases to human clinicians. The platform bridges the gap between AI automation and clinical trust, operating at the intersection of technology and healthcare delivery.

Challenge

The core challenge was not the product itself, but how to clearly communicate a complex, AI-driven healthcare system to hospitals and providers who require high levels of trust and clarity before adoption. The existing digital presence relied on dense text and technical jargon, resulting in low comprehension and poor demo conversion rates.

Role & Contribution

We created a modern, structured website experience that simplifies this complexity. Focused on translating technical workflows into clear visual narratives, reducing reliance on dense text, and using motion to explain how AI agents function in real-world clinical scenarios. The work spanned information architecture, visual design, motion design, and content strategy.

Approach

The design prioritized clarity, credibility, and comprehension — ensuring that healthcare decision-makers can quickly understand the product, trust its capabilities, and evaluate its value. Used motion design to simplify complex AI workflow visualization. Built visual storytelling sequences that demonstrate how AI agents handle real patient interactions. Structured the site to lead with outcomes and trust signals rather than technical specifications.

Key Takeaway

The goal was to transform Outcomes AI digital presence into a strong communication and sales tool, making an advanced healthcare system feel intuitive, reliable, and ready for real-world use. The project demonstrated that in healthcare, the design challenge is often not the product UX — it is how you communicate the product to decision-makers who need to trust it before they ever use it.

Got something worth building?

I like working with people who care about their product as much as I do. Tell me what you're working on — worst case, we have a good conversation.
