I prototype fast and throw the first attempt away. The third one is usually the one worth keeping. Most design problems aren't solved by adding more. They're solved by having the nerve to take things out.
I travel when I can, hunt good food in any new city, and fall into Wikipedia rabbit holes about evolution, cosmology, and obscure history. I also build side projects nobody asked for. It's how I learn things I didn't know I needed.
